All merchandise is shipped UPS ground. A per-item shipping fee is quoted based on the weight of the order. Please refer to the order form for exact shipping costs for merchandise ordered. Defective Merchandise

Always inspect your merchandise upon receiving it. If you have received damaged merchandise contact us immediately. If necessary we will replace the damaged or defective product. Before returning any merchandise please call for instructions.

Returning Merchandise

If you are dissatisfied with your purchased and it has not been installed you may return it within 30 days. Returns will be accepted for credit less a 30% restocking fee and shipping fees. The product must be returned in the original packaging with all parts intact. No credit will not be issued if the merchandise is incomplete.
